What is an AI generation? How does it work?
An AI generation is the unit used by our AI features. Free browser tools run locally and don't use any. A Standard 1K image counts as one generation; choosing 2K or a premium model uses more. 1K uses qwen-image-3.0 and 2K uses qwen-image-3.0-pro.
How can I top up my credits?
Open the Pricing page, choose a credit pack, and complete the checkout. Your credits are added to your account immediately after the payment is confirmed.
Is my payment safe?
Yes. Payments are processed by a secure payment provider using industry-standard encryption, and we never store your card details.
Will I still be charged next month after I cancel my subscription?
No. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged after that.
How to cancel the subscription on my account?
Open the Pricing page, go to your account subscription settings, and click Cancel subscription. You can keep using the plan until the period ends.
Can I view my credit usage history?
Yes. Sign in and open the Pricing page — the account panel shows your recent credit activity, including grants and usage.
Are the credits I purchased issued immediately?
Yes. Credits are added to your account right after the payment is confirmed.
When will the credits for renewing my subscription be issued?
Monthly credits are added at the start of each billing cycle after the renewal payment succeeds.
Can I get a refund?

Can I try your service for free?
Yes. Signing up gives you 1 free AI generations. The basic browser tools are free and run locally; AI generation requires sign-in.
Can I upgrade my subscription plan?
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time; the difference is prorated and the new plan's monthly credits are issued after the upgrade.
